Young Adults (17-26)

Young adulthood comes with intense change and emotional complexity. With my young adult clients, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where they can express their feelings, explore their identities, and develop healthy coping strategies. I work collaboratively with each client to build their resilience, improve their self-esteem, and help them to navigate issues such as anxiety, peer pressure, and family dynamics. My goal is for my young adult clients to become confident, emotionally balanced, independent, and ready for healthy relationships and life challenges.
