Couples Therapy
Relationships are not always easy and I understand this. Couples therapy will offer a supportive environment where you can explore feelings and thoughts with your partner in a safe environment. Whether you are navigating common relationship challenges, facing relational trauma or not sure to stay with one another, therapy can help you. In session we will learn what each person needs, break unhealthy patterns, and build a foundation of trust and intimacy. Using evidence-based approaches, I will support you and your spouse towards a stronger, more resilient partnership.

Co-Parenting & Blended Family Strategies
Modern families are complex–I’m here to walk you through that complexity with care and clarity.
As a co-parenting and blended family strategist, I help co-parents navigate the challenges of raising children between two homes. This includes never-married parents, single parents through divorce or death, and remarried parents (step/blended/bonus). Together, we will accomplish these goals:
- Foster strong and respectful parenting relationships
- Manage boundaries and communication across households
- Support children through the transitions involved
- Manage competing attachments
- Blend households in a healthy, sustainable way
Every family system is unique. Together, we’ll build a plan that fits yours.
Healing After Infidelity
A 3–6 Month Evidence-Based Approach to Repair, Reconnection & Lasting Change
Healing after infidelity requires more than talking about what happened. Betrayal can create an attachment injury and trauma response, while also exposing relationship patterns that need to be understood and changed.
Our structured 3–6 month Infidelity Healing Program combines individual trauma processing with couples therapy to support both personal healing and relationship repair.
PHASE 1: Months 1-3
Trauma Processing & Stabilization
During the first 2–3 months, treatment may include:
- Two individual trauma-processing sessions to address the emotional impact of the betrayal
- Ongoing couples therapy focused on safety, accountability, communication, and rebuilding trust
- Evidence-based approaches including EMDR, trauma-informed/sensorimotor interventions, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
The goal is to help reduce the intensity of trauma responses while creating enough emotional safety for meaningful couples work.
PHASE 2: Months 3-6
Relationship Repair & Reconnection
As the acute trauma begins to settle, treatment transitions primarily into couples therapy.
Together, we work to identify and break old relationship patterns, strengthen emotional responsiveness, repair the attachment injury, and create new ways of connecting.
The goal is not simply to move past the infidelity. It is to help couples heal what happened, understand what needs to change, and build a relationship that feels safer, more connected, and more secure moving forward.
