Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma. By using guided eye movements and other bilateral stimulation, EMDR targets traumatic memories to reduce their emotional intensity and negative impact. EMDR is proven to be 80% effective in treating:
